Information for workspace members, organization administrators, and visitors to the public access gateway.
Last updated: October 8, 2026Privacy notice
N3 Workspace is a private-access collaboration environment provided to participating organizations. Access and workspace content are controlled by the organization that issued the member account.
Information used for access
Account identifiers and authentication information may be used to verify access. The public gateway does not use advertising trackers, sell personal information, or create public user profiles.
Workspace information
Projects, files, messages, calendar entries, and membership records are managed within the relevant organization workspace and remain subject to that organization's retention and access policies.
Essential storage
Essential session storage may be used after successful authentication to maintain security and continuity. Optional advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are not used on the public gateway.
Terms of access
Access is limited to invited members with an active organization account. By using N3 Workspace, members agree to follow their organization's policies and protect their account credentials.
- Do not share credentials or attempt to access another member's account.
- Use workspace information only for authorized organization activities.
- Report suspected account compromise to the workspace administrator promptly.
- Access may be suspended when an account expires or presents a security risk.
Acceptable use
Members must not use the service to disrupt systems, distribute malicious software, bypass access controls, scrape restricted information, or store content they are not authorized to process.
Automated access requires prior approval from the organization administrator. Excessive or abusive requests may be limited to protect service availability.
Security
The public gateway is delivered over encrypted HTTPS. Workspace access is restricted to managed accounts and may be protected by organization single sign-on, additional verification, and session controls.
Members should verify the site address before entering account details and should never approve an unexpected authentication request.
Support
Account provisioning, password recovery, invitations, and workspace membership are handled by the administrator of your organization.
Include the approximate time and a short description when reporting an access problem. Never include a password, recovery code, or private key in a support request.
